Play Date is a subscription service reserved for ATT, Sprint, Nextel, Dobson & Cellular One, Alltel and T-Mobile users.Play Date as pay per use service is reserved to Verizon Wireless Users.
The customer's account will be charged automatically every 30 days with no further action on the part of the customer if he/she does not cancel the service.
Verizon Wireless Users:
If you are a Verizon Wireless customer, Play Date is a pay per use service. Play Date costs $0.99 for every message you receive, except for the messages sent you by the other members and all the caring messages (HELP, STOP, LIST). Standard messaging charges apply. Charges will be applied directly to your wireless phone bill or deducted from your prepaid balance.
ATT users:
the cost is
$19.99/month.
ATT users are entitled to 100 tokens (i.e. 100 messages that you can send to the short code 82582 to chat with other members or to receive a new profile). The transaction program is a one to one ratio: you will only be charged for messages you sent. If you make use of all the 100 SMS within the month, you will be notified. You will be able to chat at $0.25 each message only after your explicit opt-in. All the caring messages (HELP, STOP, LIST) and the messages received from other subscribers do not decrease the amount of messages available. You can always check how many messages you have and when the next billing happens sending HELP to 82582.
Sprint users:
the cost is
$19.99/month.
Sprint users have unlimited chat messages.
Nextel, Dobson & Cellular One, Alltel and T-Mobile users:
the cost is $9.99/month, 50 messages included (i.e. 50 messages that you can send to the short code 82582 to chat with other members or to receive a new profile). The transaction program is a one to one ratio: you will only be charged for messages you sent. If you make use of all the 50 SMS within the month, you will be notified. You will be able to chat at $0.25 each message only after your explicit opt-in. All the caring messages (HELP, STOP, LIST) and the messages received from other subscribers do not decrease the amount of messages available. You can always check how many messages you have and when the next billing happens sending HELP to 82582. Customers who click on OK agree to subscribe to the program.
